Welcome to the official website of the band RED9, a Southern California rock trio. The band consists of Paul "Friz" Frislie on guitars, Giovanni "Gio" Fuentes on drums, and Jeff "Jeff" Lyons on bass and vocals.

RED9 is an award-winning band. Again.First, our song, "All They Reign," wins Session II Grand Prize in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. Then it ends up winning the head-to-head online voting that took place during round 2. That means "All They Reign" is the 2011 Lennon Award Winner for Rock!! Round 3 puts us up against 11 other artists in 12 different genres (we're the Rock artist, of course). If we win that, "All They Reign" becomes the 2011 Song of the Year and we get a big, fat check for $20,000. The winner is announced on July 1. |
